USAns are henotheistic, "misenchanted" with Mammon, and while many share a "monotheistic worldview", the challenge the United States must address is militarism and empire expansion of the worshipers of Mars whose berzerker rage, rape and rapine is the ecstatic opioid to which they are addicted. Global dollar hegemony is just a subterfuge.
Words I never thought I would say: I read your book on economics, twice. Thank you, it inspired and has given hope. At some point, a deep dive on the general term "spending," on the means of production vs welfare vs infrastructure vs defense, would be hugely appreciated; secondly, I'm curious about metrics that we should be looking at since GDP seems a bit limited; and finally, the Commons, and what, if any, opportunity there is in re-investing in the concept. It seems like female economists have and continue to pave the way to a better world. Keep up the fight. Thank you!
